I'm not sure if I'm the best at critiquing animations, but I can try <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/a/a…" width="19" height="19" alt="^^;" title="Sweating a little..." />

Anatomy looks pretty good. One of my biggest frustraions is when people animate very well, but don't have very good anatomy skills while doing so <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/l/l…" width="19" height="21" alt=":lmao:" title="Laughing my ass off!" /> No worries for you though, it looks perfectly fine :]

As for the animation itself, it seems kinda... what's the word I'm looking for? <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/c/c…" width="18" height="15" alt=":confused:" title="Confused" /> Jerky? Rushed? Well, I think you get the idea. I think what's contributed partially is that, unless I'm mistaken, there's one frame solely for her hair to bounce. It kinda gives the illusion that she keeps stopping to wait for her hair to bounce <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/x/x…" width="15" height="15" alt=":XD:" title="XD" /> Try mixing in her bouncing hair with the other existing frames perhaps? Other than that, it's really well done~ Such a smooth animation *a*
