Heres main plot for all who may or may not know.

Kiki, a nineteen-year old girl living in Newfoundland, Canada is suffering from a disease that doctors have no cure for. Living off of daily drugs and being sheltered by her father for most of her life Kiki is very naive for the most part. After finding the love of her life she struggles to not only deal with the baggage her disease brings, but with everyone elses that she encounters. As she learns to try and enjoy the rest of the life she has, what she doesn't know is she is really paying for the deeds of a girl named Aerith.

Aerith, a sixteen year old girl in B.C. Egypt lives with her mother and twin sister. But they look almost nothing a-like, always discouraged from being overshadowed by her sister, she and her sister are both dancers for the pharoah. Aerith is a provider for her family in /alot/ of ways. She frequently steals from the pharoah and one day stole the wrong thing. The stone of Ra. One of the pharoahs undermen (aka close in status) finds her and falls madly in love with her, not being used to being the one recieving marraige offers, she accepts and is happily wed to Nebibi. However, not everyone is happy about this and through cruel twist of events, they don't live happily ever after.

So when later reincarnated, the Stone of Ra is also transported to present time Canada where the young heroin Kiki is.

KATL is a Romance/Historical fiction/Drama/Comedy/Slice-of life.
